Individual Cuts
Shop individual cuts available by stopping out to the Farm Store or visiting us at the Baraboo Farmers Market on Saturdays from May-October.

How The Online Farm Store Works
Our online store offers an easy way to place a deposit on a bulk-buying option (quarter, halve, whole) and complete butcher cutting instructions. Additionally, beef and pork boxes, CSA shares, and a handful of products (e.g. eggs, produce, honey, maple syrup) are all purchasable online as well.
To place a custom order of meat cuts, please contact us and let us know what you'd like to purchase. You can reference the Beef, Pork, and Lamb store pages below to see our current cut offerings and price list. We'll weigh everything up and let you know once your order is assembled.
Once bulk or custom orders are assembled they can either be picked up at our on-farm store (click here for directions) or we can arrange for local delivery if you're within a 15 miles radius of the farm (essentially the Baraboo, Reedsburg, Sauk City, WI Dells area). We provide free local delivery for orders over $150 and otherwise charge $15.
